

2018 Edition of AMCA inmotion Receives Platinum PR Honor
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., Sept. 18, 2019—The 2018 edition of Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International’s magazine, AMCA inmotion, received an honorable mention for External Publication at PR News’ 2019 Platinum PR Awards Dinner Gala in New York City Sept. 17.
AMCA Manager of Industry Content Scott Arnold, who serves as editor in chief of AMCA inmotion, was on hand to accept the honor, the third the 2018 edition of AMCA inmotion has received this year, following the award for Annual Publication or Brochure and an honorable mention for External Publication or Report (online or print) in PR News’ CSR & Nonprofit Awards program in March.
PR News is a company focused on honing and growing public-relations (PR), communications, and marketing professionals’ skills in social media, crisis management, digital PR, measurement, employee relations, media training, corporate social responsibility, and writing through its flagship newsletter, webinars, conferences, awards programs, workshops, and guidebooks.
Published and distributed in partnership with ASHRAE Media, the 2018 edition of AMCA inmotion was polybagged and mailed with the November 2018 issue of ASHRAE Journal and with the Winter 2018 issue of ASHRAE’s High Performing Buildings magazine. Additionally, it was distributed at the 2019 International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo) in Atlanta in January.
The 2019 edition of AMCA inmotion was published last month.
