ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., June 18, 2019—Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) International Inc. is seeking volunteers to serve on the technical committee for a new standard, AMCA Standard 270, Laboratory Methods of Testing Fan Arrays for Rating.

AMCA Standard 270 will establish a laboratory method for determining the aerodynamic performance of a fan array. Key performance metrics are airflow rate, fan static and total pressure, fan input power, electrical power consumption, and efficiency.
