May 4, 2022

by Lisa Cherney, AMCA Education Manager

At the April 14th Education & Training Committee meeting, a new Chairperson and Vice-chairperson were installed.

Nathan Redman, Senior Vice President of Sales, Kinetics Noise Control, is the new committee chair and Margaret Wood, Director of Communications, The New York Blower Company, is the new committee vice-chair. They will both serve in these roles for the next two years.

Many thanks are extended to Charles DiGisco of Construction Specialties for also volunteering to be chair of the committee, as well to Andy Bosscher of Twin City Fans and David Maletich of nyb for their years of service as former Chair and Vice-chair, respectively.

CALL TO ACTION!

We Want You!

The Education & Training Committee is seeking additional volunteers to help plan AMCA's educational offerings such as webinars, technical seminars, outreach programs to industry professionals and students, online learning opportunities, and so much more.

Committee meetings currently take place every six weeks for one hour, and no previous AMCA committee experience or involvement is required. This is a fantastic way to get involved and impact the industry and association we are all a part of!

Please contact Lisa Cherney, AMCA Education Manager and staff liaison for the E&T Committee if you are interested in joining.
